In 568 BCE, the Babylonians destroyed the temple. However, the temple was later rebuilt but again destroyed by the Romans in 70 BCE. Today, the temple has yet to be rebuilt; only the west wall continues to stand. In the Jewish Holy Scripture, it promises the return to the sacred land located in Israel. During late WWI and early WWII, hatred started to arise towards the Jewish people all throughout Europe. Many Jews immigrated back to their homes in Israel. This new movement has been causing many complications, one of which is lack of space for millions of people to live in. Another is that many terrorists plan organized attacks to kill and hurt many Jewish people at one given time.
